At RGB Illuminations, we work with trusted fulfilment and logistics partners to deliver our products to customers in the United States, United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Our primary delivery markets are the United States and United Kingdom.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 working days, subject to product and supplier availability.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. During particularly busy periods, public holidays or unexpected supplier delays, processing may occasionally take longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, typical delivery times for many of our products are:

United States: approximately 4–9 working days

United Kingdom: approximately 4–8 working days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

We aim for the majority of standard orders to arrive within approximately two weeks of ordering. Delivery times can vary depending on the product, fulfilment location, carrier, destination and other circumstances outside our control.

Where a faster or express delivery service is available for a particular product and destination, this will be displayed as an option at checkout.

Any delivery estimate shown specifically for your order at checkout takes priority over the general estimates above.

Shipping Charges

United States

Standard shipping is $4.99 for orders below $50.

FREE standard delivery is available on orders of $50 or more.

United Kingdom

Standard shipping is £3.99 for orders below £50.

FREE standard delivery is available on orders of £50 or more.

Shipping prices for other supported destinations and any express delivery services are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Most RGB Illuminations orders are sent using tracked delivery services.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please be aware that a newly issued tracking number may take a short period to begin showing movement in the carrier's system.

Fulfilment Partners

RGB Illuminations works with third-party suppliers, fulfilment centres and logistics partners.

This enables us to offer a wider range of products and delivery options.

Because products may be dispatched from different fulfilment locations:

• Items from the same order may arrive separately.

• You may receive more than one tracking number.

• Separate parcels may arrive on different days.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond those shown and agreed at checkout simply because an order is dispatched in multiple parcels.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith, but occasional delays can occur because of carrier disruption, customs processing, adverse weather, seasonal demand, public holidays, remote delivery locations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at info@rgbilluminations.com and we will investigate with the relevant fulfilment or delivery partner.

Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us at info@rgbilluminations.com as quickly as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been handed to the carrier.

International Orders, Customs and Duties

For destinations outside the fulfilment region, local customs duties, taxes, import VAT, brokerage charges or other fees may apply depending on the destination and method of fulfilment.

Where charges are collected by RGB Illuminations at checkout, they will be displayed before payment.

Where they are not collected by us, any applicable charges imposed by local authorities or delivery providers may be the customer's responsibility.

Missing or Undelivered Parcels

If tracking indicates that an order is significantly delayed, missing or incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us at info@rgbilluminations.com.

We will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier or fulfilment partner and advise you of the appropriate next steps.
