Shipping Policy

At RGB Illuminations, we offer delivery to customers in the United Kingdom, selected European countries, the United States, and other international destinations where available.
At checkout, you can see the shipping costs and available delivery options before payment.
1. Order processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 working days, unless a different processing time is stated on the product page or communicated after purchase.
Orders are not usually processed on weekends or UK public holidays.
2. Fulfilment model
RGB Illuminations is an online retail store that may use trusted third-party fulfilment partners, suppliers and logistics providers. As a result:
- Some products may ship from different fulfilment locations;
- Items in the same order may arrive separately;
- Tracking details may be sent in more than one email if items are dispatched in separate parcels.
3. Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary depending on product availability, fulfilment origin, customs processing, carrier conditions, public holidays, remote locations and seasonal demand.
The current estimated delivery windows are:

Any delivery window shown at checkout for your specific order will take priority over the general estimates above.
4. EU regional shipping areas
For clarity, our EU regional shipping groups may include the following countries:
Western EU
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
Nordic EU
Denmark, Finland, and Sweden.
Eastern EU
Bulgaria, Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia.
Southern EU
Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Slovenia, and Spain.
5. Shipping prices
Shipping charges are calculated or shown at checkout before you place your order. Where flat-rate regional shipping is offered, the checkout will display the applicable price clearly before payment.
Current examples may include:

6. Delivery commitments
We aim to deliver within the timeframe shown at checkout or otherwise agreed with you.
If no specific delivery timeframe has been agreed, we will aim to deliver without undue delay and, where required by applicable consumer law, within the legally relevant period.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact info@rgbilluminations.com so we can investigate and advise you on the available next steps.
7. Tracking information
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a reasonable period for tracking links to begin showing movement after dispatch.
8. Incorrect address information
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate delivery details at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as quickly as possible at info@rgbilluminations.com.
We cannot guarantee that you can make address changes once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
9. Customs, duties and import charges
For international orders, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees or local handling charges may apply depending on the destination country and how the order is fulfilled.
Where such charges are collected by us at checkout, the amount will be made clear. Where we do not collect them, the customer may pay the relevant customs authority, carrier, or delivery partner, where applicable.
Customers are responsible for checking any local import rules that may apply in their destination country.
10. Split shipments
Because items may be fulfilled from different locations, multiple products in the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You will only be charged the shipping amount shown at checkout for your order unless additional charges are clearly agreed upon before purchase.
11. Lost, missing or undelivered parcels
If tracking shows that a parcel is significantly delayed, missing, or has not arrived, contact us at info@rgbilluminations.com. We will investigate with the relevant fulfilment or delivery partner and advise you of the appropriate resolution.
